The pre-painting steps for Royale Wall Base Coat includes, plastering, cleaning and filling of cracks.
APPLICATION PROCESS: –
STEP 1: – APPLY 1st COAT OF ROYALE WALL BASE COAT AFTER DILUTION WITH WATER UPTO 50%. LEAVE IT TO DRY FOR 4-5 HOURS BEFORE RECOATING.
STEP 2: – SANDING (ACCESSORY- SAND PAPER 180)
SAND THE SURFACE WITH SAND PAPER 180 AND WIPE CLEAN.
STEP 3: – ACRYLIC WALL PUTTY (ACCESSORY-PUTTY KNIFE)
WALL PUTTY IS TO BE APPLIED USING PUTTY KNIFE/TROWEL. IF REQUIRED, DILUTE WITH WATER UPTO 2% -3%. LEAVE IT TO DRY FOR 4-6 HOURS.
STEP 4: – SANDING (ACCESSORY- SAND PAPER 180)
SAND THE SURFACE WITH SAND PAPER 180 AND WIPE CLEAN.
STEP 5: – ROYALE WALL BASECOAT (ACCESSORIES- ROLLER – 720/ROYALE ROLLER – 950/BRUSH)
APPLY 2nd COAT OF ROYALE WALL BASE COAT AFTER DILUTION WITH WATER UPTO 50%. LEAVE IT TO DRY FOR 4-5 HOURS.
STEP 6: – SANDING (ACCESSORY- SAND PAPER 320/400)
LIGHTLY SAND THE SURFACE WITH SAND PAPER 320/400 AND WIPE CLEAN.
STEP 7: – THE SURFACE IS NOW READY FOR THE APPLICATION OF TOP COATS.
