Product Benefits:

A Smart Upgrade – Tractor Emulsion is the perfect way to make a smart
upgrade from distempers. It offers the finish of plastic
paint, at a cost that is not too different from distemper.
It gives 1.5 times the coverage of distemper, so you
need less material. It also lasts for at least 3 – 4 years, so
you don’t have to paint that often.
Smooth finish – Tractor Emulsion offers your walls a smooth emulsion
finish, making it the perfect value for money paint.
Colour – Tractor Emulsion offers a wide range of shades (1600+).
So you can choose your favourite colours for your home.

Usage Instructions

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:-

1. PRE-PAINTING STEPS FOR SURFACE – Plaster, Cleaning, Filling of Cracks and Filling for Holes & Dents.

2. APPLICATION PROCESS – THE APPLICATION PROCESS INVOLVES 7-STEPS:-

Step 1 – Sanding – Sand the surface with sand paper 180 and wipe clean.

Step 2 – Priming the surface with Cement Primer (ST/WT) with dilution using MTO in the ratio of 8% to 10% for Cement Primer-ST and dilution with water upto 80% to 100% in the case of Cement Primer-WT. Re-coating period is 4-6 hours.

Step 3 – This step involves application of Acrylic Wall Putty with dilution as per the requirement. Recoating period is 4-6 hours.

Step 4 – Sanding – Sand the surface with sand paper 180 and wipe clean.

Step 5 – Priming the surface with Cement Primer (ST/WT) with dilution using MTO in the ratio of 8% to 10% for Cement Primer-ST and dilution with water upto 80% to 100% in the case of Cement Primer-WT. Re-coating period is 4-6 hours.

Step 6 – Sanding – Sand the surface with sand paper 180 and wipe clean.

Step 7 – This step involves application of 2-coats of Tractor Emulsion at an interval of 4 hours between coats. It can be diluted with water upto 40-45% for application using Brush/Roller. For Spray application, it can be diluted with water upto 50% to 60%.

DRYING TIME – Surface Drying Time is 30 minutes and Hard Drying Time is 4 hours.

COVERAGE – 130 – 150 sq.ft/litre/2-coats.

TOOLS – Brush / Roller / Spray, Putty Knife, Sanding Paper 180.

PRECAUTIONS:-

*Do not apply when ambient temperature is less than 10°C or if the temperature might drop to this level within 4 hrs of application.

*Do not over-thin or over-extend the brush.

*Tint using Asian Paints machine colourants only.

*Stir well and strain before use.
