It is a stiff-paint , having pleasant odour, non- toxic, non-flammable and fully respects people’s health and environment.

Royale Play Antico is available for both interior and exterior surface. It is highly weatherproof texture material, it gives rough and metallic finish to walls which enhances its life period. Royale Play Antico is available in four effects: linea, classique, quadro, and ricco. It is available in 1kg, 5kg (base coat) packs. It provides medium washability. It can be done in 12+ colours. Top coat is available in 1 litre pack.

Usage Instructions

APPLICATION PROCEDURE: –

1. PRE-PAINTING STEPS FOR SURFACE – Plaster, Cleaning, Filling of Cracks and Filling for Holes & Dents.

2. APPLICATION PROCESS – THE APPLICATION PROCESS INVOLVES 10-STEPS: –

Step 1 – Sanding – Sand the surface with sand paper 180 and wipe clean.

Step 2 – Priming the surface with Decoprime Cement Primer (ST/WT) with dilution using MTO in the ratio of 8% to 10% for Decoprime Cement Primer-ST using Brush/Roller and dilution with water up to 80% to 100% in the case of Decoprime Cement Primer-WT. Re-coating period is 6-8 hours.

Step 3 – This step involves application of Acrylic Wall Putty with dilution with water as per the requirement. Recoating period is 4-6 hours.

Step 4 – Sanding – Sand the surface with sand paper 180 and wipe clean.

Step 5 – Priming the surface with Decoprime Cement Primer (ST/WT) with dilution using MTO in the ratio of 8% to 10% for Decoprime Cement Primer-ST using Brush/Roller and dilution with water up to 80% to 100% in the case of Decoprime Cement Primer-WT. Re-coating period is 6-8 hours.

Step 6 – Sanding – Sand the surface with sand paper 320 and wipe clean.

Step 7 – This step involves application of 1st coat of Royale Play Antico Base Coat using Trowel/Scraper with dilution of 2% – 5% by water, if required. Drying time is 4-6 hours.

Step 8 – This step involves application of 2nd coat of Royale Play Antico Base Coat using Trowel / Scraper/Roller. It can be applied as such or can be diluted by water up to 2% to 5%, if required. Drying time is 4-6 hours.

Step 9 – Sanding – Sand the surface with sand paper 220 and wipe clean.

Step 10 – This step involves application of 1st and 2nd coat of Royale Play Antico Top Coat using Trowel/Scrapper/Roller with dilution by water up to 20%. Drying time is 8-10 hours.

DRYING TIME – Drying Time between and after coats for Base Coat – 4 to 6 hours; Drying Time between and after coats for Top Coat – 8 to 10 hours.

COVERAGE – Base Coat – 18-20 sq.ft/kg/1-coat; Top Coat – 50-55 sq.ft/litre/1-coat.

TOOLS – Brush / Roller / Spray, Putty Knife, Trowel, Scraper, Sanding Paper 180, 320, 220.
