Asian Paints Apex Ultima Allura Graniza is a grainy textured finish which gives a unique granite appearance making a definite impression to your exteriors. It replicates colored granite look on those prominent areas which makes you stand apart. It is a water-based product based on advance acrylic copolymers.

Imported from Argentina, Ultima Allura Graniza is a grainy textured finish which gives a unique granite appearance to your exteriors. It is a water-based product based on advance acrylic copolymer in aqueous dispersion.

Usage Instructions

APPLICATION PROCEDURE: –

1. PRE-PAINTING STEPS FOR SURFACE – Plaster, Cleaning, Filling of Cracks and Filling for Holes & Dents.

2. APPLICATION PROCESS – THE APPLICATION PROCESS INVOLVES 4-STEPS: –

Step 1 (OPTIONAL) – This step involves application of TruCare Wall Putty in paste form by diluting with water as per
the requirement. Recoating period is 4 hours.

Step 2 – Priming the surface with TruCare Exterior Wall Primer / Professional Exterior Primer by diluting with water up to 90% to 110% in case of application with Brush/Roller. For Spray application, the dilution with water can be up to 40% – 45%. Re-coating period is 4 hours.

Step 3 – This step involves application of 1-coat of Ultima Allura Graniza using air-assisted spray gun. Dilution is not recommended for Natural shades and up to 10% dilution can be done with water for Fine, Medium and Coarse shades.

Step 4- This step involves Spray application of 2-coats of Apex Tile Guard Clear at an interval of 4-6 hours between coats. Dilution is not recommended.

DRYING TIME – Surface Drying Time is 2 to 4 hours.

COVERAGE – 3.23 – 5.38 sq.ft/kg/1-coat.

TOOLS – Brush / Roller / Spray Gun.

Note: –

HORIZONTAL SURFACES LIKE TOP OF WINDOWS, LEDGES SHOULD BE PAINTED WITH 3 COATS OF APEX ULTIMA FOR GREATER PROTECTION.

APPLICATION OF PRIMER IS MANDATORY.
