3 Mangoes Aluminium Paint is a heat resistant paint up to 250°C and is based on pure metallic aluminium flakes dispersed in a special synthetic binder. It offers very good heat resistance, weather resistance and outstanding water resistance. It has excellent adhesion on variety of primers with high lustrous appearance.
Directions for use :-
It includes 5- steps:-
1. Cleaning: Sand the paper with Emery Paper 180. Wipe clean and ensure that the surface is free of grease or rust.
2. Primer: Apply a coat of Asian Paints TruCare Metal Primer. For aluminium and galvanized surfaces, use of etch primer is recommended. Allow drying for 6-8 hours.
3. Putty: For smoothening dents and surface imperfections, apply Asian Paints TruCare Knifing Paste Filler in thin coats. Allow drying of 6-8 hours between coats.
4. Primer: Apply a coat of primer again, before application of finished coats.
5. Application: Mix the entire quantity of aluminium paste thoroughly with a small quantity of medium, and then add the mixture to the remaining medium. Stir the mixture vigorously before use. For brushing or spraying, this mixture can be used without thinning. Apply 2 or more coats with an interval of 8 hours between successive coats.
