USAGE INSTRUCTIONS: –

1. PRE-PAINTING STEPS FOR SURFACE – Plaster, Cleaning, Filling of Cracks and Filling for Holes & Dents.

2. APPLICATION PROCESS – THE APPLICATION PROCESS INVOLVES 7-STEPS: –

Step 1 – Sanding – Sand the surface with sand paper 180 and wipe clean.

Step 2 – Priming the surface with Cement Primer (ST/WT) with dilution using MTO in the ratio of 8% to 10% for Cement Primer-ST and dilution with water upto 80% to 100% in the case of Cement Primer-WT. Re-coating period is 4-6 hours.

Step 3 – This step involves application of Acrylic Wall Putty with dilution as per the requirement. Recoating period is 4-6 hours.

Step 4 – Sanding – Sand the surface with sand paper 180 and wipe clean.

Step 5 – Priming the surface with Cement Primer (ST/WT) with dilution using MTO in the ratio of 8% to 10% for Cement Primer-ST and dilution with water upto 80% to 100% in the case of Cement Primer-WT. Re-coating period is 4-6 hours.

Step 6 – Sanding – Sand the surface with sand paper 180 and wipe clean.

Step 7 – This step involves application of 2-coats of Royale Luxury Emulsion at an interval of 3-4 hours between coats. It can be diluted with water upto 40-45% for application using Brush/Roller. For Spray application, it can be diluted with water upto 65%.

DRYING TIME – Surface Drying Time is 30 minutes.

COVERAGE – 140 – 160 sq.ft/litre/2-coats.

TOOLS – Brush / Roller / Spray, Putty Knife, Sanding Paper 180.

PRECAUTIONS: –

*Do not apply when ambient temperature is less than 10°C or if the temperature might drop to this level within 4 hrs of application.

*Do not over-thin or over-extend the brush.

*Tint using Asian Paints machine colourants only.

*Stir well and strain before use.

*Tinted paints need thorough shaking immediately after tinter addition as well as before use.
