Asian paints ACE is a water based exterior emulsion wall finish with silicon additives suitable for dry moderate humid climate conditions.

Product Benefits:

Better Performance – ACE offers excellent resistance to chalking, cracking and weathering in comparison to cement paint. Its modified acrylic binder ensures that paint stays on your wall longer than cement paint.
Save Money in the Long Run – ACE lasts longer than cement paint and hence proves more economical in the long run. It also does not require curing and therefore saves time, effort and money during application.
Clean Shades – ACE gives neat and clean shades that do not fade and last longer than cement paint shades. It is
available in strong/dark shades that provide excellent hiding. It is available in over 1500 attractive shades.
Better Anti-algal Performance – ACE provides better anti-algal protection than cement paint especially in dry to moderately humid climatic conditions.

Usage Instructions

APPLICATION PROCEDURE: –

1. PRE-PAINTING STEPS FOR SURFACE – Plaster, Cleaning, Filling of Cracks and Filling for Holes & Dents.

2. APPLICATION PROCESS – THE APPLICATION PROCESS INVOLVES 3-STEPS: –

Step 1 (OPTIONAL) – This step involves application of Asian Paints Wall Putty in paste form by diluting with water as per the requirement. Recoating period is 4 hours.

Step 2 – Priming the surface with Exterior Wall Primer by diluting with water up to 90% to 110% in case of application with Brush/Roller. For Spray application, the dilution with water can be upto 40% – 45%. Re-coating period is 4 hours.

Step 3 – This step involves application of 2-coats of Ace Exterior Emulsion at an interval of 4-6 hours between coats. It can be diluted with water up to a maximum of 75% for application using Brush/Roller/Spray.

DRYING TIME – Surface Drying Time is 30 min.

COVERAGE – 50-60 sq.ft/litre for 2-coat.

TOOLS – Brush / Roller / Spray Gun.

Note: –

HORIZONTAL SURFACES LIKE TOP OF WINDOWS, LEDGES SHOULD BE PAINTED WITH 3 COATS OF ACE EXTERIOR EMULSION FOR GREATER PROTECTION.

APPLICATION OF PRIMER IS MANDATORY.
