It is our utmost responsibility to deliver your package to the right hands. If you have any issues with the delivery executive, we request you to please send us a mail at mentioning your order details and the problem faced and we will certainly look into the problem.

Yes, your order delivery time can be changed if you inform us prior to the shipping. You can send us a request mail at or call our customer care executive on +919022573668 
If you weren’t able to take your delivery due to whatever reason, we will re-attempt the delivery the next day or so as per your convenience. 
If you aren’t able to see your order dispatched even after getting approved, please email us at or call us at +919022573668 within 24 hours of order placement. We will rectify your issue and dispatch the order as early as possible.
Online paint tracking or order tracking is quite simple with PaintKart online shop. All you have to do is visit the online PaintKart shop → Click on the Order tracking option available on the home page → Enter your Order ID and Billing email id in the given space → Your order detail will be available on the screen.
