To get a large quantity of paint, please fill in the form available on our website. Or send us a mail atdeepesh.nair@paintkart.com or Call us at +91-9022573668 mentioning your paint requirement and we will get back to you within 24 hours of the mail received. 
We offer cash on delivery for all products except tinted shades.
Yes, it is necessary to create an account for you to shop or place your order online. To order online on PaintKart you need to mention your email id, phone number, address, and full name to verify whether delivery is possible in your state or city.   
We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused. In case your payment was interrupted, you can try the payment again. If the money was deducted from your account for the order, please send us a mail at deepesh.nair@paintkart.com mentioning the payment details and order id. We will get back to you within 24 hours of the mail received. 
PaintKart does not offer its services to particular locations as of yet, but it will be coming to your location in the near future. However, if you want to place an order for your location please mention your address, order, and payment method for our concerned person to reach out to you.  
If you have ordered the wrong paint shade for your home walls, you can mail us at deepesh.nair@paintkart.com mentioning the issue, your order id along with the image of the product, and a concerned person will contact you soon for easy replacement. We request you not to send the delivery back with the delivery executive. 
PaintKart offers you multiple options for product delivery, however, if you wish to collect the product individually, you can send us a mail at deepesh.nair@paintkart.com  mentioning your order id and your request for a concerned person to contact you before shipping the order. 
In case of tampered product or opened package, we request you to write us a mail on deepesh.nair@paintkart.com mentioning the problem with the package along with its image. Our customer care executive will reach out to you within 24 hours of mail received.   
Yes, you will receive a message before the delivery executives attempt to deliver your package.
