Online paint tracking or order tracking is quite simple with PaintKart online shop. All you have to do is visit the online PaintKart shop → Click on the Order tracking option available on the home page → Enter your Order ID and Billing email id in the given space → Your order detail will be available on the screen.
If you aren’t able to see your order dispatched even after getting approved, please email us at deepesh.nair@paintkart.com or call us at +919022573668 within 24 hours of order placement. We will rectify your issue and dispatch the order as early as possible.
We aim to provide you with impeccable service and products. And that’s why we prefer you accept the delivery once you have checked them thoroughly. 
As assured during the booking, the order is delivered within 24 hours of the order being placed. However, in case of any unprecedented situation or delay, you will get a delay intimation through mail or call from our delivery executives. 
There are multiple payment options available on PaintKart online paint shop. You can make payment via Debit card/Credit card/cash on delivery at your convenience.  
PaintKart only deals with authentic paint dealers available in the market. To be sure, all our dealers, their ratings, and contact details are mentioned on the website for transparency and your convenience. The dealer you select will be based on your location and rating that will ensure you get authentic paint products during the time of delivery. 
There could be multiple reasons for you not being able to find your preferred product online in our paint shop. We request you to call our customer care at +919022573668 executive or mail us at deepesh.nair@paintkart.com your requirements and we will try our best to make them available for you.
We are very sorry but PaintKart offers a 1-liter quantity minimum for order, no samples are available as of yet.  
If you find the package open and the product seal is broken, we request you to please call our customer care executive at +91-9022573668 before accepting the order. We will do the needful.
It is our utmost responsibility to deliver your package to the right hands. If you have any issues with the delivery executive, we request you to please send us a mail at deepesh.nair@paintkart.com mentioning your order details and the problem faced and we will certainly look into the problem.
